WHO?

PLAYERS --> Boys and girls entering K–8th grade in the 2026–27 school year who are interested in playing basketball, improving skills, competing, and having fun this summer.

DIVISIONS -->

Registration is based on the Grade Entering the 2026-2027 School Year
• K–2
• 3–5
• 6–8

COACHES --> Former college coaches, current high school coaches/players, and experienced basketball players helping create a fun, energetic, community-focused basketball environment.

PARENTS --> Relax, watch the games, hang out, and enjoy summer basketball nights at The Shipyard. Parents may occasionally have opportunities to volunteer or help with scorekeeping/timing.

WHAT?

A 4-week outdoor summer basketball league featuring:
• 2 games per week
• Tuesday skill sessions before games
• Thursday doubleheader game nights
• Organized teams and league play
• Outdoor summer basketball atmosphere
• League shirt handed out at the end of league play

Games will feature running clocks, lots of playing time, and a focus on confidence, development, and fun.

WHERE?

The Shipyard Outdoor Basketball Court
on Blair Academy’s campus (behind the bubble and the track)

WHEN?

The league will run the month of August 2026 on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Time slots will likely be 5-6, 6-7, and 7-8pm.

Exact schedules and division times will be shared after registration closes. Dependent on registration numbers for each division.

WHY?

This league is designed to give kids a place to play, improve, compete, and make memories during the summer while building confidence and love for the game.
